Maremma Sheepdog. Finally, the truth comes out; this dog is the only reason why I want a job so badly. I want money so because all I want to do is cuddle up in bed with these dogs. I’ve been researching them for a little while now, and for starters, they aren’t too expensive to buy ($600). They live 10-14 years, are great with kids and other pets, and are very intelligent. Because they are so intelligent, the master must be strict and consistent during training the puppy… so this might not bode well for me. Since the breed is known for it’s herding and flock guardian abilities, they make great watch dogs. The only problems are that they need a lot of room to wonder/walk around, and shed a ton, but oh well they are SO DARN CUTEEE :)
